The WG building is the biggest and main building of AUT campus, where a lot of students can be seen coming in and out every second. The city is a busy and bustling place to be in, while in contrast, the WG space level 4 chill area has a threshold of peaceful, stillness for students to be able to kill time or do their work while eating and waiting for their next class. In comparison to the threshold of the city, the WG building also has so many things going on and this can be seen from the chilling area hence to the threshold being one of them is noises.
As a spatial designer, I am intrigued by how space was designed (specifically glass roofing, unique surface designs, and comfort). Because allowing myself to be surrounded by ideas will inspire me for my future studio projects.
